Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may require additional processing time during busy periods.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia
• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (Free on eligible orders)
• Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

International
• Standard International: 5–8 business days
• Express International: 3–5 business days

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is supplied, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
